Handled with care
Our desire to ensure this happens means our staff handle your gown with the upmost level of care and with a high attention to detail. Every inch of your dress is explored so even the smallest of stains are found along with any potential problems – like a loose bead! We can accommodate all types of fabrics and embellishments – even being able to clean dresses that say ‘Do Not Dry Clean’! Our Lagoon cleaning system allows us to help even the most delicate of fabrics so your gown can be left spotless.
Storage
Once cleaned, you can choose to place your dress in one of our beautiful storage boxes. This has many advantages, including offering protection from light and dust which can cause a dress to mark over time. The boxes are all made from pH neutral materials which prevent any fabric discolouration. As well as this, the boxes allow air circulation to eliminate the risk of mildew and, most excitingly, they can come in a pattern of your choice!
Collection
If needed, we can also arrange collection and delivery. Being based in Pool, Redruth, we can cover Truro, Falmouth and Penzance to name just a few and are happy to consider on a case by case basis.
